All Fika memberships and Tokens purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of Apple and Google respectively — not Fika's. This is because Apple and Google process those payments directly and retain a portion of each transaction. Fika does not receive the full payment and therefore cannot process refunds for in-app purchases directly.
To request a refund for an in-app purchase, use the refund process provided by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) directly within their respective platforms.
Refund windows and eligibility are determined entirely by Apple and Google. Fika has no ability to override or process these refunds on your behalf.
If you are based in the European Union (including Sweden), you have the right to withdraw from your membership contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, this right must be exercised directly with Apple or Google — see above. For any direct purchases made outside those stores, contact growth@fikaconnects.com within 14 days of your purchase date. If you have already begun using the service (received an introduction) within the 14-day window, Fika may apply a pro-rata deduction for services already delivered.
If you are based in California, you have the right to cancel your membership within 3 business days of signing up and receive a full refund. For App Store or Google Play purchases, this right must be exercised directly with Apple or Google — see above. For any direct purchases, contact growth@fikaconnects.com within 3 business days of purchase.
For members outside the EU and California, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not issued once the membership period has begun and introductions have been made, except where there has been a technical failure on Fika’s part or a significant service failure. Contact growth@fikaconnects.com to request a review.
For App Store or Google Play purchases: Use the Apple or Google refund process described above. Fika cannot process these refunds directly.
For all other refund requests: Contact growth@fikaconnects.com with your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Tokens — used to confirm and arrange meetings — are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
