Fika is free to download and use, but to get the full experience out of Fika, we also offer in-app purchases with various premium functions such as: AI Find, see who likes you, rewinds, unlimited likes, explorer pass and advanced filters.<br/><br/> There’s also a possibility to earn Fika Coins, a Fika currency, that can be used to exchange for different items and upgrades.

AI Find is Fika’s flagship feature where you can enter your physical type as well as your personal preferences, and our revolutionary AI will connect you with people who are most compatible with you. We also deploy a strong matching algorithm in the discovery for more accurate connections.

Safety is one of the most important aspects of Fika. Therefore we have a mandatory verification process for all users to be able to keep using Fika. It only takes a few seconds. If you don’t get verified within a few days you’ll become a ghost and will disappear from people’s discoveries.

To verify your profile, either verify yourself immediately in the sign-up flow or through the call to action buttons within 48 hours.

You’ll first be met by the AI verification which will detect your face and verify you within seconds. If there’s an error for some reason, there’s a manual verification where you’ll take a selfie doing the same pose as the model. This photo is only used for verification purposes and will be deleted.

Fika’s Operators will then review your selfie and it’ll be done within just a few seconds.

Our photo guidelines are in place to help our community. Good-looking and high-quality photos will help you convey yourself and increase your chances of getting more quality matches. Here are our photo guidelines:

• Show your face: Make sure people can see your face clearly. Don’t hide under sunglasses or cover your face with big hats.
• Make sure you upload at least one full-face photo: Be true to yourself and others and show how you really look. We don’t want any catfish in this pool.
• Keep it current: Use photos that show the current you. Don’t use old photos from ages ago. Your profile pictures should look natural and be in good condition so people can get an accurate idea of who you really are.
• Don’t use low-quality photos: Don’t use heavily filtered photos or photos that are too dark or too blurry.

It takes two to tango. In order to be able to start messaging, you and a potential connection have to like each other and be connected. Once you’ve connected, you will be able to send each other messages, including voice chats, emojis and stickers.

You can always pause or delete your account on Fika if you want to. This is done directly in the app. We would encourage you to not delete your profile, as your connections, messages and user profile cannot be restored.
