## Your agreement with Fika

By creating a Fika account, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not create an account. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Fika Holdings Pte. Ltd.

## Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fika. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. Fika reserves the right to terminate any account where age cannot be verified or where a member is found to be under 18.

## Membership

Fika offers month-to-month, 3-month, and 6-month membership plans. All plans are charged upfront. A 7-day free trial is available on all plans — if you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Membership auto-renews at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the app or by contacting growth@fikaconnects.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

## Member conduct

By using Fika, you agree to comply with our Community Guidelines at all times. In summary:
- You represent yourself honestly — your identity, age, and intentions.
- You treat every member with respect.
- You do not harass, deceive, coerce, or threaten any member.
- You meet only at designated Fika Spots for first meetings.
- You submit honest feedback after meetings.
Violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

## Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Fika (including your Story and compatibility test responses). By submitting content, you grant Fika a limited licence to use it to provide the service — specifically to make introductions and present your Story to the members you are matched with. You do not grant Fika any right to use your content for advertising or external publication.
You may not submit content that is false, misleading, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights.

## Termination

Fika may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. For serious violations — including but not limited to harassment, deception, aggression, or any behaviour involving minors — termination is immediate and permanent.
You may delete your account at any time. See our Delete Account page for instructions.

## Limitation of liability

Fika provides a platform for arranged introductions. We do not guarantee the outcome of any meeting, the character of any member (beyond verification), or that any introduction will result in a lasting connection. Fika's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership period.
Fika is not responsible for events that occur after members leave a Fika Spot and part ways. In-person behaviour between members after a meeting is the responsibility of the individuals involved.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. For members in the EU, your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected. For members in California, your rights under California law apply.
